EloCare is developed in-house by Elotec in Norway and is based on radar technology that is capable of monitoring movements in a room, right down to movements in a person's chest. The system indicates when such movements cease or drop below set thresholds, and presents easy-to-understand information to personnel present. This allows for the detection of abnormal situations and the implementation of further supervision and measures.
